Not only is the headline ridiculous … the comments below the video add to the nonsense that is Fox News:
“Unbelievable. Barack Obama called Libyan President Mohamed Yusuf al-Magariaf today to thank him for his support.
This is the day after US Ambassador Stevens was murdered at the consulate. And, the Islamist killers may have been tipped off by elements within Libya’s security forces.”
Over and over and over – Fox displays how it is merely just the marketing arm of the Republican party. There is no difference between this headline and the nonsense the Republican party conjures up for political benefit. This is why Fox News viewers are the LEAST informed of all the major news media.
CBS News has reported that arrests have been made for people linked to the attack on the embassy HERE:
Libyan authorities have made four arrests in the investigation into the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi in which the U.S. ambassador and three embassy staff were killed, the deputy interior minister said on Thursday.
“Four men are in custody and we are interrogating them because they are suspected of helping instigate the events at the U.S. consulate,” Wanis el-Sharef, eastern Libya’s deputy interior minister, told Reuters.
He said others were being closely monitored by police to see whether they are linked to a group. He refused to elaborate.
