The Obama campaign comes out with another hit piece on Romney. In this particular video – they showcased his time as Governor and paint his record as being unsuccessful. A few thoughts:
#1 – The mayors on video are probably all Democrats….so – a little partisanship.
#2 – The portion about fees is absolutely true. I hate when politicians say they didn’t “raise taxes” but they just raised the fees for services. Well…that might as well be the same thing if the services you’re charging more for are the services people already had in the first place. It’s not like you came out with a new service and had to charge for that; calling something a “fee” instead of a “tax” really means it costs more for the people who need it the most.
#3 – Romney’s record on job creation was in fact unsuccessful. He did leave his time as Governor – 47th in job creation. That’s a fact. His record is nothing to be proud of. Obama’s
