Great discussion on Real Time with Bill Maher … stop waiting for your elected officials to do the right thing. How about you stand up and FORCE them to do the right thing. Send a message loud and clear … get engaged. Boycott businesses that you find morally repugnant, join advocacy groups for causes you believe in etc.
I really like what Tom Morello – former Rage Against the Machine guitarist – says above. Solid guy.

Ryan claims that he likes Rage’s sound, but not the lyrics. Well, I don’t care for Paul Ryan’s sound or his lyrics. He can like whatever bands he wants, but his guiding vision of shifting revenue more radically to the one percent is antithetical to the message of Rage.”
